Set-up of payroll

• Set-up of a payroll booking file
• Initial set-up of the payroll data in the payroll software.

Monthly payroll processing

• Provision of the payroll booking file in format provided by HLB
• Payroll processing according to the information and data provided by the client.
• Preparation of payment orders for payroll-related taxes and social security contributions & upload into the company’s e-banking system.
• Calculation of per diems for business trips and preparation of travel orders;
• Preparation and emailing of payslips to employees
• Preparation and filing of payroll taxes and social security contributions. Respective income tax & social security return is filed electronically, through the use of qualified electronic signature cards.
• Other payroll related services which are not previously mentioned (various calculations on request, clarifications related to the payroll calculations and request for copying, scanning and sending documentations except for audit and tax control).

Year-end services

• Preparation and filing of the annual social security report.
• Preparation and delivery of annual confirmations on received salary in the preceding year.

Joiner / leaver processing

• Registration of an employee with the relevant social security fund at employment commencement.
• De-registration of an employee from the relevant social security fund at employment termination.
